Community Engagement Executive | Up to $4,100

Duration: 10 months

Location: Clarke Quay

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am to 6pm; Friday 830am to 530pm

Responsibilities:

• Support the division in implementing community engagement initiatives throughout 2025.
• Assist in establishing and managing partnerships with external organisations.
• Contribute to public communications and marketing efforts to promote cultural programmes.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Assistant Director for all engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Relevant skills and experience in event organisation, marketing, and project management will be favourably considered.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Resourceful, meticulous, and a strong team player.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
