I had my first trial for the Kogao Signature Small Face Correction and Moisturising Facial Care. My therapist was Sonia. She took the time to understand my pre-existing condition, as I've had neck spine surgery before and needed extra care. Furthermore, I have a jaw clenching issue, and I find my jaw particularly tight and painful on the sides of my face. She could tell that I had some asymmetry and sagging on one side of my face. During the session, it started with the massage. The massage pressure can be quite hard and slightly painful, but she adjusted it to be lighter for my first time, especially since I'm quite sensitive to jaw pain. It was bearable but really effective. This was followed by the facial, which uses machines and doesn't involve extraction. There was some mild discomfort, like a prickly sensation, when using the machine to help improve absorption of the serum. I was particularly impressed by the massage, as I felt so light and relieved afterward. There was some post-massage soreness, and she mentioned that this could last up to 2-3 days. In some people, there may be mild swelling if the muscles were particularly tight right before the massage. So, take note if you intend to do this before any big events. I've signed up for an additional 6 sessions, just for the massage. She has recommended that the first 4 sessions be done approximately 7-10 days apart to allow the effect to set in.

My 4th time here doing the Kogao small face treatment. Can see the difference from the first massage! Love the therapists' work - Ai & Sonia🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻. The extra treatments are beneficial too, making my face very smooth and leaving no dryness! Will come back again✨ …

First time ever doing Kogao, and I was glad I did a Signature Kogao trial here. I had been feeling overall bloated and fatigued, and my facial imbalance seemed significant.
I thought it would be a good time to explore non-invasive routes first (fascial, lymphatic drainage, gua sha massages, etc.).
Ai was knowledgeable in the assessment and explained each step she would be doing to help balance my face. The adjustment felt uncomfortable at first, but I was definitely more relieved from all the tension I was holding. I could definitely see changes in my face with just one session 😱
I personally did not sign a package (as I'm trying out other treatments), but I would recommend getting it if you're looking for an effective face adjustment and want to maintain the results. I may be back for another session ☺️

Kogao signature treatment is highly recommended. It's my second time, and I can definitely feel a subtle change on my face. It has been lifted up, and my eyelids seem to be more even (one side used to be more droopy than the other). Eye bojin is great too; it does help with blood circulation in the eye area. The facility is clean, and the staff are nice.

The "eyes and face Bojin" treatment is a great combination for a wellness concept. Also tried the signature treatment for anti-aging and whitening. Love the gentle execution, and the specialists were very understanding of the product and service. Can't wait to share this experience with more people.💛
