I worked alongside the team at Beyond Medical on a workplace learning project aimed at addressing their performance gaps in digital marketing. Their dedication and enthusiasm towards this upskilling initiative were noteworthy at both an individual and team level. Equally noteworthy was Beyond's senior management, who actively took part themselves and supported their staff by ensuring they had protected learning time. I witnessed a perfect combination of employee agency and management support working together to achieve the intended learning objectives.
