The Ultimate Angus Mushroom Swiss burger I had was burnt so black it tasted bitter. The mushrooms were overly salty. Mind you, this is not a cheap burger. I've posted two pictures of my burgers: one with the blackened beef patty at the bottom, and the other the replacement burger, with the mushrooms still salty! I can only deduce that the mushrooms were prepared in a big batch. The restaurant itself was also dirty, with smudges on the posters hanging on the walls and tables not cleared from previous customers. I'm very disappointed with BK's food quality control in general, as I've experienced lower quality food served at other outlets, but the burnt patty at CQ Central tops it all.

I went there some time ago for late dinner whenever I was nearby. The first time I was there, I had a nasty encounter with an Indian male crew member with a mustache. He was arrogant and disrespectful, arguing defiantly with me when I called for his attention. He deliberately ignored me and stared hard at me, challenging me after I asked him if he couldn't hear what I said! It left me fuming while dining there.
Then last night, I was there again and saw him again. He talked back in defiance when I asked him to look inside the burger, after I checked with him for the extra cheese topping. He ranted at me non-stop over it and even had the cheek to tell me to 'GET OUT!' during the heated tirade. He didn't stop ranting at me; even his Malay manageress told him to back off twice, yet he didn't stop until she pushed him. I asked him for a refund to leave, yet he snubbed me! Such a counter crew member is not fit to be at work!
After I finished my meal, he terribly spoilt my mood by bullying a vulnerable female customer! No more stars are deserved.

Edited review: "This place deserves a 0 rating! Dirty tables, extremely poor service, and surprisingly rude people, especially Thava, who claims to be the manager. Such ineptitude is disgraceful for a manager. She handed us the tray instead of the takeout bag, as we had ordered. Moreover, 25% of our order was missing. When we asked her about the poor service, she remarked rudely that she was busy. No apology, zero finesse. Shame on you, Burger King! Folks, don't go here unless you're itching for a bad experience!"

They managed to mess up even the simplest order. Ordered tempura chicken nuggets with curry sauce, and somehow, they didn't give me the sauce. The chocolate sundae with mint candies tasted so bad. The soft serve was too sweet but not milky. The candies were stale. They gave very little chocolate syrup (compared to McDonald's), which made it even worse. It's definitely my last visit to BK, especially to this outlet.

The extra long chicken was not extra long at all. The sandwich here in SG is smaller than in Manila. But I still like the onion rings!

Big thumbs up for the crew under Miss Azura. I spilled my drinks and my meal onto the floor. She and the crew were quick to clean up the mess and offered me a new meal. I really appreciate the hospitality of this crew. Well done! Keep it up!

While the food was decent, it didn't quite meet the standards one might expect from BK. Maintaining consistency across branches in different countries may be a challenge. Overall, it's a suitable option for a quick meal, but there’s room for improvement in quality.

I was at Burger King Clarke Quay Central for a light meal last night, and I'd like to share my overall customer experience.
I was greeted by a service crew member politely and attentively at the counter to take my order. The order was served accurately and hot within 5 minutes, despite the outlet being packed with patrons.
While taking my meal, I heard and saw a disrespectful and arrogant woman abusing the service crew verbally with hostile gestures, raising her voice loudly and aggressively, and slamming the service tray at the counter to demand a refund. This rude patron was constantly finding faults without valid reasons. Her dramatic anger and overreacting behavior were absolutely disruptive to other patrons.
I'd like to compliment the outlet manager and service crew who were able to manage this dramatic situation well with their utmost professionalism!
The manager was politely and patiently listening to this rude patron's complaints and trying her best to calm this uncooperative, dramatic patron!
I strongly recommend Burger King take necessary action against this type of dramatic patron who abuses service staff verbally or physically.

At Burger King, I tried the plant-based Whopper for the first time! Gosh, it really tastes like beef! It came with two huge, thick patties.
Very yummy and amazing!
However, the burger bun disintegrated easily, and the ingredients inside all spilled out. Eating it with my hands was pretty messy!
Overall, it was a good experience having the plant-based Whopper.
Perhaps, Burger King could look into providing a firmer bun or cutting the burger into two portions.
A healthier and more sustainable alternative.
C'mon, try it out when you head over or pass by any Burger King outlet.
