Everyone should come over to Cash Studio! I love the facilities here, as well as how kind the staff were to us. They even assisted us and showed us around the items we could use.

Kitty and I were having a picnic by the riverbank at Clarke Quay when a sudden, strong gust of wind hit. Checking the weather forecast on NEA's website, we saw a massive patch of rain clouds covering the entire island, moving quickly from west to east. It felt eerily similar to the typhoon incident of September 17th, 2024.
The wind was so strong it made us panic. Watching the rain clouds on NEA's website, which updated every 5 minutes, we realized they were moving fast, and we were worried about getting caught in the open. We quickly packed up our things and took shelter in the mall next to us with our friends. It was a truly chaotic experience!
We tried to continue our picnic, hoping for the rain to stop. However, the rain clouds were so vast we realized it wouldn't clear up anytime soon. To kill time, we decided to visit Cash Studio at Central Mall with our friends.
Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by Wang Ling. She had a smile that instantly brightened our mood and made us feel welcome. She even joked, "You guys are here to wait out the rain, right?" Her warmth and friendly service were truly heart-warming.
We told her we were there to escape the downpour and asked for a room with a suitable package. She quickly helped us find a room and get settled.
The studio offered a two-hour package for $29 per person, including a jug of drinks. We were delighted with the cozy, cool, and clean atmosphere. The room was well-decorated, and my friends even mentioned the sound system was much better than other Cash Studios they had visited in the past.
We were also pleasantly surprised by the comfortable seating and their smoking room, similar to those found at airports. Overall, we were very happy with the service provided by Wang Ling, the sound system, and the ambiance of the place.
The only improvement I can suggest is to add QR code functionality for song dedications. It's a common feature in many karaoke studios these days.
Despite the sudden weather change, our time at Cash Studio was a positive experience, thanks to Wang Ling's excellent service and the comfortable environment.

Went on a Sunday evening; great experience and service from the staff! The room was a bit cold, so I went to ask for a blanket, but unfortunately, all were in use. Staff immediately helped to adjust our room aircon temperature. After a while, once a blanket became available, they remembered and gave one to me! Salute to the staff for paying extra attention to guests – excellent service! 👍

It's my second time singing here. Service is really good, and it has a wide range of Mandarin and English songs. Highly recommend!

Staff Boon's service was excellent, as he was very helpful and went the extra mile to find all the songs that I couldn't find. Staff Eddie's service was very good too, as he helped me find some songs. On a different date, Staff Jie Lun's service was excellent as well, as he helped me find many songs which I couldn't find. Another staff member, Ken, was very helpful too. I recently met Staff Kun, who also provided good service and helped me find songs. Staff Sharon was friendly and helpful too. Staff Teck's service was excellent as he went the extra mile to help me and even helped me keep my alcohol, which I had forgotten. Commendable!

Came here on a weekday, and the staff was so cheery to us. Brightened up our day even more.
Rooms were clean, and the sound system was good.
The system also had a YouTube search function, so we could look for songs not on their list.
Highly recommend!

This karaoke place (Clark Quay) is a joke. The sound quality is terrible, with the audio constantly bouncing around the room. The value for money is extremely low.
Also, the food options are limited, which is fine as it's not a restaurant. However, I ordered instant noodles and a few snacks (like fries), and after an hour, the food still hadn't arrived. Instead, they came to ask for payment. I was told the kitchen was busy. Seriously? Instant noodles taking an hour? What's the kitchen doing, cooking crabs or steaming a shark?
Terrible experience.
You wouldn't want to come here to "enjoy" this kind of punishment while spending money.
The staff brought me into this room, which felt like it was just for show. Funny, right? Especially since they had other available rooms with proper entrances.
