I have not been to this store at Eu Tong Sen. However, I have always had good experiences at Charles & Keith stores at Changi Airport, Wisma Orchard & Causeway Point.

The mall starts to close at 9 pm. The staff are nice though. Note that they do not accept Alipay+ (GCash), only regular Alipay, credit card, and cash.

I wanted to buy a wallet and called the staff member. She just put a wallet there and left. I wanted to look at the other wallet, but she disappeared. She looked at me as if I couldn't afford it, which made me not in the mood to buy it.
