Here's an edited version: Very bad experience here. Today, I ordered 4 Magnolia fresh milk cartons through Foodpanda, but the auntie on duty gave the rider 4 mango juices instead. I am really disappointed with this poor service. Please improve your customer service. Foodpanda tried to call and arrange for redelivery, but there has been no answer until now. Please do not order for delivery from this place, guys. Thank you.

Came by yesterday (21st Nov.) at around 6 PM. Was served by staff member Chin Sh (if that's correct). He was very nice and patient by helping me void my transaction, as I didn't realize I took the wrong item. Thumbs up! 👍👍👍

This is the worst Cheers outlet. The older staff was extremely rude and almost wanted to start a fight with me when I specifically requested the Healthy365 QR code before payment. He explained that his cash register could not print the receipt, while another cash register could. However, he claimed he was not supposed to use that machine to print the QR code due to "some company policy." When I enquired further, he got angry with me and started calling me names, saying I was being ridiculous and unreasonable. I managed to speak to a younger staff, but the older staff kept going on and on, did not stop calling me names, and still wanted to pick a fight. I left the premises after relating this issue to the younger staff who agreed to bring this matter up to the management. I am bringing this up because Healthy365 QR codes, which are usually attached to receipts, can be scanned to accumulate points that can be exchanged for cash value for use on transport. Alternatively, they can be exchanged for cash vouchers. This means that the QR codes are indirectly legal tender! What appalled me was that he had huge stacks of those codes secured with binder clips on the table! He still had the cheek to pass me a random QR code and say, "Nah! You want QR code ah? Here, I give you QR code." This is obviously unethical because those codes do not belong to me at all. I have already raised this issue with HPB since. Also, customers who purchase items with 'healthier choice' symbols should ensure their QR codes are destroyed by tearing them up if they do not want them. Unless you are willing to give them up, then by all means. I understand times are tough, but to practice customer service in this way—calling customers names and wanting to pick a fight just because a customer made a legitimate request—honestly, he should be employed in the backend instead. He is definitely unfit for the service line.

Cashier Jeenitha provided wonderful, excellent, and impeccable service on August 14th, 2024, and again today, August 16th. I appreciated her courtesy and helpfulness regarding the self-service checkout machine and even bagging. Thank you very much. I was again provided wonderful, excellent, and impeccable service by Henry on November 27th in the early evening. I appreciated his enthusiasm, courtesy, and helpfulness. Thank you very much.

All the staff were suspicious. I lost my money pouch here a couple of weeks ago. I asked to check the CCTV, but they asked me to come again the next day to meet the manager. But after I came again and met the manager, she wouldn't show me the CCTV. She asked for my phone number, but until now, they haven't called or messaged me to confirm. Shame
