Exceptional service and great quality bouquets for all occasions with the convenience of 24x7 availability. A great concept: dispensing fresh flower bouquets through these chilled vending machines, which are also specially designed to showcase them. I happened to chance upon one of these at Clarke Quay, adjacent to the fountain square late at night. I was impressed with the freshness of the flowers and the simple aesthetics of the bouquet arrangements, and decided to pick up one for Mother's Day. I happened to pick up the wrong one, as I had a different one in mind from the display, so I messaged the contact number displayed. I was pleasantly surprised by the response (not a bot), who interacted very courteously and offered to replace the bouquet. Unfortunately, I had already left. They apologized and offered to provide a free bouquet of similar value anytime near another machine island-wide. Just out of curiosity, I happened to see another machine today and messaged them, noting that the bouquet I liked was available there as well. Within seconds, I got a response, and they dispensed the bouquet of my choice for free without a second thought! I was absolutely blown away by the excellent service, the business ethics, the level of technology, and amazing standards of service. Simply exceptional, they have won a permanent position in my heart for all future flower matters. Perhaps there could be a few of these machines in the CBD area as well as other strategic locations across the island. Keep up the great job 👍👏🏻

It was very easy to collect my flowers at the Chinatown vending machine. The WhatsApp staff was very responsive and accommodating when I collected my flowers late. Thank you! 😊 They also provided plastic bags to carry the flowers and a marker and a pen to write a note.
