Signed up for their laser treatment package and was very disappointed by the non-existent results. Note that this place was previously a typical facial provider, then they transitioned to an "Aesthetic Clinic" incorporating lasers into their treatment options. However, based on my observations, they only have one or two pico laser machines. I have done lasers elsewhere before, and this place provided the most uncomfortable laser experience. I suspect their machines are quite outdated, to be honest, or perhaps legacy models, whereas various legitimate aesthetic clinics have moved past that.
Their treatments are also ineffective. In my seven months there, there was no progress at all. Not even the slightest. The doctor also has the tendency to attribute my skin condition to external factors such as diet, environmental pollution, bedding, etc. At first, this made a lot of sense, and I also made sure that all possible external factors were addressed while ensuring I attended the treatment religiously, but to no avail.
I guess this clinic is not for everyone. The doctor who attended me on a few visits seemed quite dodgy as well. There was always an assistant following him around but did nothing that added value to the consultation or treatment.
Anyway, there are far better aesthetic clinics out there. I would definitely avoid this clinic.

Thumbs up to Glomax! They are definitely recommended for their professionalism. Their staff was exceptionally friendly, and no hard selling was involved throughout. They have great knowledge and understanding of what is most suitable for your skin issue. Also, a big shout-out to Evon, and thank you so much for the efforts you put in. Results can be seen clearly just after 1 session, and it is really satisfying to see all the "dirt" that came off my face. My face feels "lighter" now :)

After I posted my review, they messaged me asking me to do one more review on a different platform. I declined, as their original message stated either Google or Trustpilot. When I politely declined, they said no $50 voucher unless I did both. Not even a thank you was offered for doing this review. Poor ethics, zero duty of care, and staff went back on their word. It’s been a week since I did the Intensive Acne Medic treatment at the trial price of SGD $89 nett. I wanted to give myself time before making my honest review on the treatment and the current condition of my skin.
The location is easy to find, located near Clarke Quay MRT. Helpful directions were also given on WhatsApp after my booking was confirmed.
A skin consultation was done upon my arrival, and photos of my face were taken. I’ve neglected my skin for too long (it had been about 4 months since my last facial). Thus, I had a lot of hormonal acne on my face and was in need of some serious rescuing.
The treatment was thorough, and the extraction of my large acne was extremely painful for me. However, the therapist was very patient and took the time to really treat my face. I also appreciate how she did not pressure me into signing up for a package, allowing me to properly assess my skin condition post-treatment.
I wish the therapist had explained to me how I should take care of my skin after the facial. The IPL caused my skin to look burnt, and over the next couple of days, scabs formed and my face was peeling. It was really depressing having to go to work with that happening, and I really wished that they could have informed me about what to expect and how to let my skin heal properly.
Despite the lack of post-treatment help, my skin looks a lot better than last week. My hormonal acne seems to have cleared up, and I feel better with how I look.
They offered a $50 voucher if I left a review on Google, so I might consider returning again.

Having been a customer of theirs for more than 8 years, their service standard has always been consistently good or improving over the years. When I first engaged their services after seeing that they had won awards from various beauty magazines, my acne was horrible, and it really affected my confidence. I had tried many products and other facial services on top of adjusting my lifestyle and diet.
Over time, with consistent facials, treatments, and the use of their products, the improvement has been significant. It really takes time for the treatment to be effective, and, of course, having a well-balanced lifestyle and diet helps. Their NB solution is especially effective in softening the pores, and I have been using it for years.
Yes, extraction hurts a bit, I found it bearable as the therapist was always gentle with me, patiently carrying out every step of treatment, and it never felt like a rushed job, even when the extraction could take a long time as my pores were too blocked back then.
Now my sessions focus more on brightening, lifting, and general maintenance.
My face always feels clean and fresh after each session, and I generally find it a pleasant experience with them. The shop is quiet and cosy. The staff has never pressured me with any hard selling.
Highly recommended to give them a try if you have any facial concerns 🙆🏻♀️.
