We ordered Kronenburg 1664 draft beer (S$ 10.99 each) and got peach-flavoured beer (on the menu for S$8.99), which was far from Kronenburg. We asked the staff, and they kept saying it was Kronenburg.
The Mojito was served without cane sugar and, most importantly, no alcohol. Really?
Please don't scam people for money, but be honest!

Staff was rude and didn't pay attention to the customers at all. We ordered three beers and a cocktail, none of which arrived as ordered (we received wrong beers and a virgin cocktail), and staff refused to replace them even after politely asking. The only good thing about the place is the atmosphere, as it is nicely decorated and the music was good. Don't recommend at all!

Helen's Bar has such a great vibe. The drinks were solid, the staff were super friendly, and the music made the whole night feel like a proper hangout, with good energy. I recommend this place for a hangout with friends!

I was brought here by my friend! The vibes and atmosphere were really good, with affordable drinks. We came here slightly before 9 PM, and the staff promptly told us to redeem the free cocktail tower before 9 PM! My friend ordered the wasabi cucumber, and she really liked it as a beer snack. I would recommend coming here with friends.

I had actually wanted to go to Fountain Square, but chanced upon a bulletin on the ground floor. It advertised an Unlimited Beer 7-10pm promo!
When my beer was served, the Indian lady server (who spoke fluent Chinese) was so observant that she noticed my mom didn't drink. She returned to our table with a full glass of chilled green tea, FOC, for my mom. I was so touched!
Feeling 'paiseh' to just go for free beer and leave, I ordered their lok lok and roasted wings to pair with the beer. The food was delicious without being overly savoury; the flavour was there, and the meat was tender. I was really impressed.
The aircon was good, the furniture was good quality, and the toilet and basin were spanking clean! The staff didn't even bother us or hover around, infringing on our personal space. They were very friendly and had high EQ, offering help when needed.
Nowadays, F&B staff are either too intrusive or arrogant/boChup, to the point where you feel like leaving the bistro or restaurant. As a foodie who always appreciates good service, great food, and a clean environment, Helen's Bar has every attribute that has made me take 5 minutes of my time to pen this review. ❤️
