Here's the edited review: It is a good bowl of ramen, but personally, I don't think it's super good. The bamboo shoots tasted weird, and the noodles felt a bit off. I honestly do not know how to describe it. The pork cheek was really good, tender, and flavourful. The egg was very soft and absorbed the flavours of the soy marinade. The chicken karaage was very crispy and juicy. I highly recommend that. The gyoza were nice, but nothing special. Service was good; staff were very friendly, but they really need to control the volume. They keep shouting, and their voices can be heard throughout half the level. Thank goodness it is located at a corner.

Pretty tasty ramen. Soup was not overly thick and gelatinous, like at many other ramen joints. It was tasty but not cloying. Noodles were chewy and springy, thinner than the noodles at most shops. Their gyoza was excellent, with very thin skin and flavorful meat inside. Big windows all around the seating area offered nice views of trees. They have a $16 lunch set with ramen, 3 gyoza, and a drink. The small ramen portion was decently filling, thanks to a generous amount of noodles. The egg was nicely seasoned and its yolk was soft.

This place is a bit hard to find. It’s inside the building, not outside, on the second floor. And then it takes a bit of looking around, as it’s a bit hidden. But it’s worth it. The restaurant really has that Japan feel to it. Nice! The menu is clearly focused on Ramen. Service can be a bit slow when it gets busy, which is a shame. The ramen is exactly as shown in the menu. The noodles are really great! Five stars! The only issue I have is with the soup. It's a bit watery and oily, and not as intense as I would want it to be.

First time trying this place. We were looking for ramen, and this place seemed to have good reviews. We tried it for weekend dinner, and it wasn't very crowded. The place was decently renovated. Good customer service. Shout out to the staff member "Romket" – apologies if I've spelled your name incorrectly. She was very attentive and provided some good advice on food choices. The combo set was quite worth it. The price was quite reasonable, and the portion was good. We shared this as a family of 4. The soup was quite flavourful, and the meat was tender. Good choice if you are considering ramen.

One of my favourite places for ramen! We tried the ramen combo set today, and everything was perfect, from the ramen to every single side. It felt like a lot of precision and heart was put into each dish! I also enjoyed every moment of my experience there because of the good service! Will definitely be back for more! I love that the set includes a dessert! My favourite side was the pork cheek!

First-timers coming to this restaurant should know that they need to walk through Rendezvous Restaurant to reach it. This place serves a few broth types. My favourite ramen here is the shio broth with pork cheeks. I do not find the other broths as outstanding, except for the shio. The shio broth is not too salty and is rich in flavour. The pork cheeks are fatty and well-marinated. There are also bamboo shoots and fungus that bring another texture and sharpness to the taste. The service staff are friendly and easy-going, and if they are not too busy, are quite happy to chat with you. The restaurant is small with limited seating.

I have been visiting this outlet for many years. Last December, I visited their main shop in Asahikawa and found no difference in taste compared to our SG outlet – kudos to our chef here! Their fried chicken zangi is my favorite too, super crispy outside and tender inside! The chicken crust even shot to the opposite seat when I ate... 😆

I’m not a ramen lover, but I really enjoy the ramen here. Very authentic: the broth is so pure, and the ramen is just right! Their gyozas are a must-have for me. I brought my friends there, and everyone liked their food. Small outfit, very Japanese, unpretentious, and lovely. Service is always great there!

This Japanese ramen restaurant has been our family's favourite place for many years. Before this, they had another branch near Cuppage. We revisited them today after so long. Their pork cheek is the best, soft and melting in the mouth. Although this time the meat had slightly changed and was harder than before, we still love that their soup is thick and never fails us. It is cooked by authentic Japanese chefs in the restaurant. We will definitely continue to support them.

There were set lunch options, but I got an à la carte order of the Toroniku shoyu ramen, which is essentially tsukemen dipped in a strong broth. Noodles were thick and springy, and I like to soak the tender pork cheeks in the soup to warm them up before slurping them down with the noodles. The seating area may be a bit sunny during lunch hour, especially if you're facing the Clarke Quay River, but should be enjoyable towards evening. IG @pingguo301
