Complete joke... We had booked for Wednesday at noon. After she requested a delay, which we accepted, the cleaner then asked if she could come Friday at 2 PM instead. We said okay; these things happen. It's now nearly 4 PM on Friday, and neither the cleaner nor the main WhatsApp line is replying or picking up...
