Worst haircut I have ever received. The hairdresser did not follow my requests to trim only 1 inch and thin just a little at the bottom. He cut and thinned my hair way too much, and it is very choppy at weird angles. I cannot even tie my hair without weird lumps of hair dropping down.

Worst experience I have ever had. I was told I would get a 30% discount, so I asked if the $49 classic mani and pedi price was before or after tax. I was told it was $49 total. They offered a machine scrub for an additional $8, and I said no, I wanted a razor. I sat down. Then, after the pedi started, I was told it would be $70, as the 30% discount only applied if I spent a minimum of $300 on a package. I said to just do the pedicure for $40. They again offered the machine scrubber, so I again asked for a razor (they don't do razors). Next, there was no massage on my calves or feet. The whole reason I had a pedi was for the calf massage and razor. When I went to pay, I was told I couldn't use Mastercard because the total had to be over $50. The whole time they tried to sell me other services, such as massage and facials. Not relaxing at all. AVOID.

The catalogue for the nail colors was in matte colors, which isn't a true reflection of the end product. To add on, the manicurist's ability to communicate was bare minimum. Carina was very rough, cutting and filing my nails so close to the skin that it hurt. Her painting often left stains on my skin underneath the nails, which she did not bother to clean off without me telling her. Worst of all, her painting had a slight bump on one of the nails, and she tried to push it off saying it looked OK. Overall, one of my worst experiences ever, as I was told that the nails would be totally dry only 2 hours later. So they still took my payment. Won't be back for sure. Do check out Fave SG reviews too. Saw a tad too late on the terrible experience.

The service is very good. I tried a facial for just $58, which was a full-set service with shoulder, face, eye, and neck massage, plus a soft mask. The price was well worth it. After the facial, it came with a gel manicure and gel pedicure. All workers were very nice and patient, explaining to me the difference between gel and normal color. I was very happy to find this salon that offers a one-stop shop for all my needs: hair cut, hair treatment, hair color, spa facial, and all hand and feet treatments. Again, thank you very much for providing excellent service and a good VIP membership. I love it.
