What a lovely establishment that is clean and pleasant for both dogs and owners! Their staff helped find the appropriate life jacket size to fit my dog. They even played with my dogs! 🥹 Shower area and blow dry area are so clean and hygienic too! I only wish their pool is bigger. Overall, a superb experience and good pool size for small dogs. Can you please open a bigger pool for medium- to large-sized dogs soon!! 🫶🏻

I brought my pup for his very first swim at Mutts & Mittens Active Clarke Quay! I really liked the interior and space in general – it was so clean, and I could tell it was clearly built with our doggos in mind. There were some rest areas in the pool, life jackets, and even a gradual sloping floor at the start of the pool, which I found very thoughtful, especially for my pup's first time swimming. The swimming pool was very clean, and they even had toys available for us to play with our doggo! Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would definitely bring my baby back for another swim session. 🥰 Highly recommended for all pawrents who want a nice, fun bonding time with your furkid! ☺️

Before booking my dog’s first swim at Mutts and Mittens Active Clarke Quay, I asked some questions on WhatsApp. They gave great advice to make sure my dog wouldn’t get overwhelmed, which I really appreciated. At the pool, the lady and guy tending to my dog were very nice, patient, and attentive. They helped him pick out a life vest and gave him a float to keep his neck up. My dog had so much fun, even though he accidentally jumped into the pool twice! They even took videos and posted them on Instagram Stories, then kindly shared the videos with me upon request. Wonderful experience all around — thank you!

Brought our lab for his first ever swim. The pool was clean, and the staff were really friendly, helpful, and very encouraging. They even taught our dog how to swim! 😂 Bonus points: life jackets that fit our 35kg dog!!! and a blow dryer for doggos.

Really impressed with the service and care at the pet swimming pool in Clarke Quay! The Chinese staff member was so proactive that she made sure all the dogs had fun and stayed safe. Her eyes were sharp as an eagle's, always watching out for any hazards. You can tell she genuinely loves working with animals. The Myanmar staff were just as great — very efficient in cleaning up any pee or poo accidents quickly. The whole team clearly takes pride in their work and shows real job satisfaction. What stood out even more was how clean the place is. They clean the pool and surrounding area thoroughly after every session. Compared to another dog swimming pool we visited, this one is much cleaner and better managed. We’ve been to other boarding houses under the same boss, but the Clarke Quay staff are exceptional. Boss, if you're reading this — your team here deserves recognition. Please do something to show them your appreciation! They're the reason customers like us keep coming back. Highly recommended for all pet owners!
