Rude staff. An elderly woman was managing the counter. I asked her how much a pen placed for purchase at the counter was (I was there on the afternoon of April 30th). Instead of answering "pardon" (presumably she couldn't hear) or telling me the price, The staff member actually answered "pen lor." Answering me "pen lor" when I asked for the price of the pen. Wow. It's almost a joke. Perhaps she should consider going to an ear doctor; I think she has issues with her hearing when her answers to customers regarding the store's products are irrelevant and make no sense. 😬 Ugh. Such lousy and mistreating service to customers. Despite good quality and cute products that may not be easy to find anywhere else in Sg, the service was horrid.
