Agents reached out to me about a job opportunity twice on their own, and I even compromised my break to attend the interview because they had a tight interview schedule. However, they were late to reply and then backed out of the job offer at the very last minute, saying that the client had “chosen another person” for the job, even though I had already cleared my schedule for the dates they had requested. Moreover, when I asked if there was a certain criterion to be accepted, there was NO REPLY.

Joe, my agent, is very approachable and accommodating. He is understanding and easy to talk to, which is great for an introvert like me. When I am unable to work, he is willing to cooperate with me to find a solution. He is pleasant to work with. He always talks to us and gets to know us! He is the best bubbly agent!!!

I had a very pleasant working experience with the TPC Team, especially Matthew, who has been super professional and patient when helping me with my part-time job assignment.
