I have been here for years, and the service has always been pleasant and friendly. I don’t feel like they push me to buy packages, etc., but really look at my needs. With their packages, it’s also quite affordable.

The ladies at Regina Clarke Quay are all very friendly and professional. Though I’ve been going for the treatments for many years, they still make sure I’m feeling ok each time I use the machine. Would recommend for sure!

I just started going back to Regina after discovering my underarm package is still valid after many years. The therapists are really nice, polite, and efficient in their work. I've signed quite a few packages with them to see the effectiveness, and so far, I find that the ultrasonic and whitening treatments are helpful after a few appointments. I have yet to see a really tremendous effect for SHR, as I've only been for fewer than four sessions with them.
There is definitely hard and soft selling here and there, but only consider those offers you feel are relevant and whose prices are acceptable.
One thing I wish they could improve on is informing customers beforehand about additional costs before proceeding with what they feel is necessary, as customers may not know it is not part of the packages they have signed. I was charged a one-time additional cost at the end of one treatment because they perceived my skin was too dry to proceed, but I was not informed about the cost beforehand.
Another thing I wish to highlight is that I purchased additional skincare products (specifically serums) from them and was encouraged to take them home to use. Even though instructions were given beforehand about opening the seal, the silver seal broke halfway, and I had a hard time opening the rest of the seal, which resulted in me spilling the entire serum the first time. It is highly recommended for those who feel they have trouble opening the bottles to leave them in-store instead and let the professionals handle them.

Recently visited Regina again as I understood that my underarm hair removal package was still applicable. Regina has a nice environment, polite staff, and good service. They check in from time to time, and although they share their promotions, they aren't pushy at all.
