Today, after a run, I went to Subway and decided to get a roasted chicken breast sub. A surprisingly generous amount of veggies was given. I was very delighted by that because, usually, from other outlets, it's too little. What made my day was the service staff. She was very polite and respectful when I commented that the veggies weren't enough in my past experiences. She apologized and said she would make up for the bad experiences I'd had. I'm unsure what her name was, but I think it starts with M. Misker, or Miska, or something like that. Thank you so much!

If I were to rate zero stars, I definitely would! What lousy service. The cashier is poorly trained. Just because the customer is a foreigner, why special treatment? The customer hadn't even finished placing her order, yet she was allowed to queue first, while I just needed to buy a bottle of water and had to wait for her to be done? What the heck! I waited and waited, and the cashier just pretended not to look at me, waiting for that lady foreigner who hadn't even received her orders yet! What the heck! Please address your unprofessional Malay staff who doesn't know how to work and is very biased. Today, at around 9:35-9:40 AM on July 24th, 2025.

Two female staff seemed unwilling to serve customers. The Filipino lady seemed impatient and quickly walked away after I made my order request at each point. Another staff member, a Malay lady, also seemed uninterested in listening properly. Unwilling to listen to customers' orders? Then don't work! Serve with eye contact and sincerity! We don't owe you anything, yet we can't even get the simplest amount of decent service!
