Food was served cold. Sausages tasted like plastic. Rosti was thin, crispy, and cold. Service was non-existent.

We got the truffle mushroom pizza ($6.90) and a hot matcha latte ($5.80) in the afternoon. The latte price is comparable to fast food joints, and it had a strong green tea flavor, which we enjoyed. We got our pizza slice toasted, and the edges turned out crispy. The umami of the truffle was mainly from the sauce, while the mushroom toppings provided a chewy texture. Overall, quite a lovely place to stop by and sit at their tables. (The seating area is one of the few in this mall and has a good atmosphere.) Staff was friendly and efficient; our food/drink was prepared within 5 minutes.

The food was average, and the service was good. We ordered a big breakfast, which was good value for money, and a ninja bowl. The bowl was very small and consisted of 90% brown rice, so there wasn't much nutritional value, but the taste was okay.

I was pleasantly surprised! It's just a simple-looking shopping centre coffee shop, but it has great, flavourful coffee (compared to other coffee shops in the area). Pastries are fresh. Worth trying this and comparing it to other coffee shops. Enjoy!

My recent experience at Swissbake Central was truly delightful, largely due to the exceptional service. From the moment I stepped in, the staff were welcoming and attentive. They were patient as I made my selections, offering helpful suggestions with enthusiasm. My order was prepared efficiently and with care. Kudos to the entire team for making my visit so pleasant!

Ordered an avocado sandwich, and the avocado looked like this. I told the waitress, and she didn't say anything; she just took the plate. Haha, love the service. Wouldn't have posted this picture if she had apologized or compensated me in any way.

Even with the 1-for-1 promotion, you shouldn't serve such a sandwich to your customer. The avocado was already black, and you still put it in the sandwich. Such a disappointment! No wonder they had to do a 1-for-1 at 6 PM to clear out the sandwiches. Just my luck. Potential buyers, beware.

My wife and I stopped by at 11:20 AM Sunday morning, thinking we’d have some breakfast. We stood for a few minutes, being totally ignored by the staff. The sign stated they had a drink discount with breakfast until 11:30 AM. I saw the little bell on the counter and rang it, finally getting the staff to stop ignoring us. After placing our order, the young man made every excuse possible not to serve us breakfast, beginning with "it is over for today" when it was still only 11:28 AM. Then it was "no more eggs"… Really? Is this how you close your breakfast orders? Refusing to serve? That’s alright, I took my money and spent fifty dollars on breakfast elsewhere. We will never be back. Very poor excuse for staff.

I came here to have a cappuccino and some small bread. I must say that the quality and service **are** really different **from** when **it** first opened in Singapore. It looks like a rundown cheap cafe now.

Service was good. Quality was average. Price was average. I had a feeling that the items were not fresh; it was just past lunchtime, and the place was not very crowded. There's a good variety of sandwiches. The baked salmon was finished or missing. The smoked salmon was fibrous and brittle, as if frozen and thawed. Coffee was nice.
