You are persuaded to keep buying more. The quality is ordinary at exorbitant prices.

Excellent service. Excellent prices, considering there are high-fashion single pieces on sale, reduced by about 60-80%.

Nice dresses, but overpriced — selling at 188, 168, even for a top. I later realised that there are shops close by selling the same at much lower prices.

Here's the edited review: Clothes are expensive. I thought they included free alterations. Some of the staff would tell you that you don't need alterations, and if needed after wearing, you could always bring them back to the shop. There was no mention of a timeline, and when I brought them back for alterations, the guy on duty at the Clark Quay branch insisted on charging. Secondly, they will keep pushing you to try many clothes even while you are trying on the ones you have chosen. Thirdly, beware that they give you odd sizes to try and say they can be altered; however, they will not fit well even after alteration. Just to share and prove the poor customer service, especially from the guy: I sent in the clothes for alterations on 18 Jun. I called to check on 27 Jun as I was in the area and was told they were not ready. As of today, 16 Jul, I am still waiting...

Terrible after-service. These factory-overrun dresses are gorgeous, and the sales ladies keep pushing customers to buy more dresses. That is fine; however, these dresses are MASSIVELY SHODDY in quality. My first Dior tore at the underarm area on the first wear. Money gone. I had to basically beg the tailor there to help me fix it up. My second dress—a Kate Spade I bought 2 days ago, originally for CNY—started running after I steamed the garment. Normal heat settings were used; not even a single wash or iron had occurred, yet the red portions of the dress bled into the white, making the entire thing pink. I brought it to the shop to query what happened, and the assistant insisted that: 1. they couldn't put the boss in touch with me; 2. they vehemently denied that other clients had faced this issue before; and 3. they swore on their forefathers' graves that they had clients for years whose clothing was in pristine condition. I left the dress at the shop for "examination purposes." It's called human error for a reason. Factories producing these garments make mistakes, and so do the people who make them. Get your boss to call me, or give me a refund/exchange for the dress. It's not rocket science. What is DEFINITIVELY not okay is being made to leave the dress at the shop with hostility and no indication of ever making amends for the mistake. That's how you get and retain new clients willing to invest more in your dresses, not chase them away with incompetent, lackadaisical after-sales service.
