2419 - HR Admin cum Payroll [ Manual // Clark Quay // Up to $4500 // 5 days ]

• S$ 3,500 - 4,500
• 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
• Clarke Quay

Responsibilities:

• Handle PAYROLL Manually by Excel and related payroll administration
• Do HR Search for staffing issues. Duties also include onboarding and offboarding
• Able to update HR policies in line with Govt MOM policies for our Group of Companies
• Prepare employment contracts (Local/Foreign/Re-employment etc)
• Able to report employees attendance
• Maintain accurate records in HR system and employees' personal file
• Able to handle independently Employee HR issues (including staff insurance)
• Administer of work pass applications (new application, renewal, cancellation, etc)Provide general administrative support
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related HR/Admin experience
• Discreet in handling confidential issues
