Job Description:
Admin Ops
a) Preparation of logistics for on-boarding staff
b) Office supplies inventory management
c) Compilation of reports and data entry
d) Liaising with vendors on deliveries and goods receiving
e) Verification of invoices for payment
f) Sourcing for goods and services on ad-hoc basis
g) Carrying of files
Other general administrative work as assigned by supervisor
Work Arrangement:
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8.30am to 6pm
Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT Station
Salary: TBA
Contract Duration: For 3 months first (extendable up to a 1 year depending on performance and manpower need)
