Job Description:

• To assist with receiving guests into the restaurant including answering reservations via telephone.
• To serve food courses & alcoholic beverages (whenever needed) to guests.
• To assist guests regarding menu items in an informative & helpful way.
• To assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, notifying management when supplies need to be replenished.
• To maintain cleanliness of work areas, chinaware, glassware, etc throughout the day.
• To handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and operate the cash register or POS system in compliance with company policies.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in similar capacity.
• A good team player with excellent communication skills.
• Able to work overtime, on weekends & public holidays when required.
• Singaporeans & PR only.
