F&B Service Crew (Full Time / Part Time)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B Service Crew to join our team at 8Knot Pte Ltd in Singapore. As an F&B Service Crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment. This is a full-time position offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serving beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet.
• Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns.
• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or F&B roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends.
