Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.
• Pitch recruitment solutions to businesses and negotiate service agreements.
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Work closely with the sourcing team to ensure timely and successful candidate delivery.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.

Requirements:

• Experience in business development, sales, or recruitment (agency or corporate setting preferred).
• Familiarity with recruitment services and staffing industry trends is an advantage.
• Min. Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
