Salary: Basic Up to $3.5k (commensurate with experience) + Comms + VB

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday, 9:45am - 6:45pm

Key Duties:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities on BPO (Business Process Outsourcing)

- Conduct cold-calling and clients appointments in a professional manner

- Promote company's foreign manpower solutions, including sourcing, work pass processing, deployment, and compliance support

- Provide consultative support to clients on foreign manpower regulations, quota management, and MOM compliance

- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers (HR, operations, directors)

- Monitor market trends, regulation changes, and competitor activities to propose innovative business solutions to stay competitive in the industry

- Maximise potential leads to increase sales turnover

- Strictly adhere to Singapore's Work Permit regulations, sector quotas, and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) policies

Requirements:

- Min. 2 years experience in business development in recruitment firms for BPO projects

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Multi-lingual will be highly advantageous
