Job Description

Greet guest upon arrival and open door to welcome guest

Load and unload guest luggages and assist to deliver to their rooms

Provide guests with information about hotel and directions

Offer recommendations of places of interest, sight seeing and shopping malls

Receive incoming parcels and deliver promptly

Assist guest in taxi and/or limonsine bookings

Requirements

Able to speak and understand basic English

Relevant experience working in same position

Able to work on public holidays and/or weekends

Able to use basic computer

Warm personality and customer service focused
