Job Description

Assist in guest enqueries over the counter and/or phone

Assist guest in taxi/limonsine bookings

Assist guest with luggage keeping and delivering it to guest room promptly

Open door/gate for guest, greet and welcome them

Requirements

Able to speak and understand basic English

Relevant experience working in a hotel

Able to work on public holidays and/or weekends

Able to use basic computer

Warm personality and customer service focused
