Responsibilities:
• Preparation work of Kitchen opening and closing operation hour
• In charge of the food cutting and preparation section, assisting the Head Chef in costing and raw materials purchase
• Ensure proper handling and storage of all ingredients under restaurant standards
• Supervisor and train the kitchen staff on cutting skills and food handling
• Assist other positions whenever required
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required requirements
• Relevant experience in Chinese cuisine required
• Able to perform split shifts, work on weekends and public holidays
• Have initiative and hardworking with a positive attitude to learn and contribute
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
