Chinese Dialect Tutor

We are looking for experienced Chinese Dialect Tutor (Cantonese / Shanghainese) to teach small group classes.

Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT station (5 minutes walk)

Employment Type: Part Time

Start Date: Flexibile

Salary Range: SGD 40 - 60 / Hours

Responsibilities:

• Teach Dialect (Cantonese, Shanghainese) to students.
• Create a fun and educational environment that foster an interest
• Encourage strategic thinking and decision-making skills through gameplay.
• Deliver lessons, prepare materials, and provide post-class support. Design interactive teaching activities to engage students.
• Evaluate students’ progress and maintain regular communication with parents.

Requirements:

• Open to all candidates with relevant qualifications and experience.
• We welcome applications from candidates of all ages, backgrounds, and nationalities.
• Must be flexible, open-minded, and willing to align with our educational values.
• Able to teach 1-2 times per week, with a minimum of 2 lessons per session.

Skills and Experience:

• Dialect native speaker is preferred. (Cantonese, Shanghainese)
• Certification in teaching these dialects is a plus.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience (*preferred)
