Customer Service Officer | Central | Up to $4,100

Duration: 1 year

Location: Clarke Quay

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Attend to and assess feedback and enquiries from members of public received from channels such as emails, online feedback system, and calls
• Provide interim replies to QSM cases received
• Work closely with relevant policy divisions and other public agencies to resolve issues raised by members of public
• Monitor progress of QSM cases to ensure they are closed within required service standards
• Assist in collating data and providing analysis on QSM cases received for QSM reports

Requirements:

• Good writing and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good analytical skills and the ability to think logically
• Independent, proactive and highly committed
