Survey Experience Supervisor /Team Leader (Establishment)

• Salary: Up to S$4,300
• Work duration: till Dec 2025 (Renewable depending on performance and project)
• Working hours: 5 days work per week Monday – Sunday (Based on duty roster). Up to 44 hours per week. **Usually Office hours due to targeted audience is Establishment
• Work location: Clarke Quay / Novena (work in office)
• Able to start work immediately or within 1 month notice period

Job Scope:

• Lead a team of Survey Experience Officers to achieve KPI
• Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits to collect timely and reliable data for national statistical information
• Handle incoming hotline and mailbox enquiries to resolve respondents’ issues
• Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
• Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Establish and maintain relationship with respondents throughout the project period
• Organize workflow and ensure that officers perform their duties and delegated tasks
• Set KPI for the officers in accordance to the project timeline to ensure project’s success
• Provide fair, constructive, and timely feedback towards performance expectations and goals
• Manage escalated cases and maintain public relations including any complaints
• Provide assistance, guidance, and coaching support to officers to meet KPI
• Assess work performance of officers and identify areas that need improvement
• Ensure that the given KPI for the team are being met based on the project timeline
• Monitor and provide project status report to manager

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or higher
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with proven record in supervisory role
