Executive (Clarke Quay)

Staff will be responsible for financial management activities which include but are not limited to:

• Process and prepare approval documentation for routine operational matters, such as procurement approval papers (e.g., refreshments, Small Value Purchase papers) and overseas travel approval documentation.
• Conduct verification and reconciliation of Grab transport statements for Divisions.
• Maintain and update financial tracking systems, including division budget tracking documentation and overseas travel expenditure records and data management.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• No experience required suitable for entry-level candidates
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
• Organized with the ability to manage records and documentation
• Good communication skills and a team player
• Willing to learn and handle various administrative tasks

Duration:

1 year contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
