Family KTV Outlet Manager

Working Days: 6 Days/Week
Salary Range: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Incentives and Commission (Total Up to $6,000)

We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven Family KTV Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations, drive revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for hospitality and creativity in developing memorable celebration offerings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Menu & Package Development

• Curate attractive and practical menus and celebration packages tailored to family and group occasions.
• Continuously improve offerings based on customer feedback and market trends.

2. Guest Services

• Manage reservations and customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure seamless coordination and execution of all bookings and events.

3. Event Setup & Decoration

• Oversee room decoration setups for celebration packages to create festive memorable experiences.

4. Sales & Revenue Management

• Drive and achieve monthly revenue KPIs.
• Motivate the team to upsell packages and enhance overall outlet performance.

5. Team Management

• Recruit, train and lead a team of service crew members.
• Handle weekly scheduling and ensure adequate manpower coverage across shifts.

6. Marketing & Promotions Coordination

• Liaise with both in-house and outsourced marketing teams to execute campaigns and drive footfall.
• Support the launch of seasonal promotions and featured packages.

Experience & Qualification Requirements

• Prior experience in managing Family KTV or similar entertainment venues.
• Strong background in handling reservations, guest interactions and event coordination.
• Able to liaise with and negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors.
• Sales-oriented with a customer-first mindset and hands-on leadership style.
