Finance Executive (12-Month Contract | Up to $2,700/month | Immediate Start)

We are hiring a Finance Executive to support the processing of financial transactions and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.

🕘 Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm
💰 Salary: $2,700/month
🚀 Start Date: Immediate
📆 Contract Duration: 12 months

Job Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions including charging of expenditures, payments, claims, receipts, and journal entries
• Ensure correct account coding and alignment with relevant financial policies and procedures
• Support accurate and timely financial reporting
• Maintain good governance by complying with finance-related legislation and internal controls

Requirements

• Prior experience using financial systems or accounting software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Word)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
