Finance Executive

📢 We Are Hiring: Financial Executive

We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable individual to handle our finance operations!

📌 Job Scope:

• Daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks
• Issuing and managing client invoices
• Drafting and reviewing client contracts (primarily bilingual: English & Chinese)
• Communicating with clients on financial matters (many clients from Taiwan)

✅ Requirements:

• Prior experience in finance or admin preferred
• Meticulous and responsible working attitude
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF, Teams)
• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin (for Taiwan-based clients)

📍 Location: Clarke Quay, Singapore
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday (standard office hours)
💼 Salary: Negotiable based on experience

• 熟练使用办公软件（如Excel、Word、PDF、Teams）
• 中英文书写及沟通能力俱佳
• 能以华语与客户沟通（部分客户来自台湾）

📍 工作地点：克拉码头，新加坡
🕒 工作时间：周一至周五（标准工作时间）
💼 薪资待遇面议，依据经验而定
