Finance Executive

About the role

Nutrition Asia Group, a leading provider of premium nutritional supplements, is seeking an Accounts Executive to join our team in the Clarke Quay Central Region. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records, supporting the broader accounting and finance functions of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing full sets of accounts
• Responsible for preparing weekly cashflow report
• Prepare monthly management reports and Consolidation of accounts for Singapore group of entities
• Handle GST and regulatory filing
• Prepare balance sheet schedules
• Liaise with government agencies, financial institutions and company secretary
• Drafting of financial statements
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
• 3 years of experience in an accounts or finance role, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry
• Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
