• Manage daily tasks: Oversee the opening and closing of the premises, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts.
• Resolve customer complaints: Address and resolve customer complaints related to housekeeping services or other issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and order: Ensure the premises are clean, organized, and presentable, adhering to cleanliness standards.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards: Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements: Identify areas for improvement in efficiency and suggest solutions.
