Food & Beverages Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our food and alcoholic beverages portfolio to F&B establishments such as restaurants, bars, retailers and distributors. This is a client-facing role that involves on-the-ground sales, relationship management, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue new accounts to increase market reach
• Actively visit and engage with key clients such as F&B outlets (restaurants, bars, cafes, lounges),
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
• Meet monthly sales targets and other KPIs set by the company
• Identify new business leads through cold outreach, networking, and proactive engagement
• Coordinate with the internal team on orders, deliveries, and stock availability
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and contract terms in line with company policies
• Manage client accounts, including order coordination, payment collection, and after sales follow-up

Requirements:

• Sociable, confident, and comfortable interacting in dynamic face-to-face sales environment
• Self-motivated, independent, and result-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong understanding of the sales process and client relationship management
• Knowledge of or interest in the alcoholic beverage industry is a strong advantage
