[Full-Time / Contract / Part-Time] Digital Design Marketing Role at 2KBROS

(For entry-level to 4 years of experience)

Hi there, we're 2KBROS,

a multidisciplinary team supporting businesses and individuals in Singapore with space solutions, property services, visa support, and consulting.

We're currently looking for someone to join our growing team to help manage and create digital content—someone who’s ready to contribute, take ownership, and grow together with us.

🧩 Position Overview

Digital Marketing (with light operational support)

• Your main focus will be creating content, managing social media, and simple design work.
• Some light operational and coordination tasks (such as scheduling, documentation, or internal communication) may also be part of your day-to-day work.
• 💡 Bonus: If your marketing efforts result in direct client leads or project wins, performance-based incentives will be provided.

🎯 Who We're Looking For

This role is suitable for those with 0–4 years of experience in marketing or design-related roles.

We value skills and attitude over formal qualifications or age.

We’re especially interested if you are:

• Proficient in Canva, Miricanvas, or other design tools (required)
• Experienced in social media content planning & posting (Instagram preferred)
• Skilled in basic image editing or video tools (e.g. Photoshop, CapCut – bonus)
• Familiar with simple web editing platforms like Wix or Imweb (bonus)
• Comfortable communicating in English – for meetings, emails, WhatsApp chats
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• 🎓 Graduates from Singapore-based art, design, or marketing programs are strongly encouraged to apply

Eligibility

• Singaporean / PR / LTVP preferred
• We are open to sponsoring a work pass only for candidates with strong design/marketing portfolios and long-term availability

🕒 Working Terms

• Position: Full-time preferred (but open to contract or part-time arrangements)
• Working Hours: 9:00AM – 6:00PM (negotiable)
• Work Location: Our office near Clarke Quay MRT, Singapore
• Salary: Based on experience and working arrangement
• Incentive: Performance-based bonus available for leads/projects generated via marketing
