Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Development: Create and refine innovative menus that align with the restaurant’s concept and customer preferences.
- Food Preparation & Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food inventory, ordering, and cost control.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and workplace safety protocols.
- Budget & Cost Control: Manage food costs, minimize waste, and optimize kitchen efficiency to maximize profitability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with restaurant management to align culinary offerings with business goals and customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food trends, and menu planning.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Culinary diploma/ degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Willing to work late nights
