Home-based Reservation Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time (Remote after training)
Salary Range:

• Basic up to $1,600
• Incentives/Commission for each confirmed reservation that turns up
• KPI Incentives based on outlet performance (up to 5 outlets)

We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Home-Based Reservations Executive to manage inbound enquiries and reservations for our F&B and entertainment outlets. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, well-spoken and enjoys engaging with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle calls and messages from the company’s hotline and digital platforms
• Promote and secure reservations by engaging with potential and regular customers
• Share and upsell ongoing promotional campaigns, especially to VIP and loyal patrons
• Undergo a 3-week training program at the outlets (3 hours/day), after which the role transitions to home-based work

Experience & Qualification Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, call centre, or reservations handling
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Confident and proactive when interacting with customers over the phone and messaging platforms
• Able to work independently with strong follow-through and a results-driven mindset
