Junior Recruitment & Telesales Support Executive

Employment Type: Contract to Permanent
Salary: $2,200 to $2,500/month
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to corporate clients for service follow-up, lead qualification, and information gathering
• Support recruitment consultants by updating internal trackers, managing candidate/client records, and preparing documentation
• Assist in data entry and CRM updates to ensure accurate and timely information flow
• Liaise with internal teams to coordinate recruitment workflows and client servicing
• Handle general office communications, scheduling, and administrative tasks
• Provide basic client engagement support, including call scripts, follow-up emails, and appointment setting

Requirements:

• Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound customer engagement
• Comfortable speaking with business clients over the phone in a professional manner
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other document handling tools
• Professional, discreet, and eager to learn the operational aspects of recruitment and client servicing
