Kitchen Assistant 厨师助理

Job Description:

Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT station (5 minutes’ walk)

Start Date: May 2025

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cuisine dishes.
• Manage kitchen operations, inventory, and food wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with food safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with chef and kitchen team to create and execute the menu.

Requirements:

• 3 year experience as a cook, preferably in Chinese cuisine.
• Possess WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 Certificate or Refresher Food Safety Course Certificate.

(- If you do not have this certification, we will sponsor you for the 1-day Food Safety Course upon passing the interview.)

• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling practices.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
