Join our team as Kitchen Trainee.

Location:Near Clarke Quay MRT station (5 minutes’ walk)

Start Date: May 2025

Responsibilities:

• Learn and assist in the preparation of authentic Chinese cuisine dishes.
• Support the kitchen team in food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Gain hands-on experience in kitchen operations, inventory management, and food safety.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen according to food safety standards.

Requirements:

• A passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
• Possess WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 Certificate or Refresher Food Safety Course Certificate.

( If you do not have this certification, we will sponsor you for the 1-day Food Safety Course upon passing the interview.)

• No prior kitchen experience is required, but a positive attitude and enthusiasm are a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
