Library Officer @ Central

Duration: 1 year

Location: Clarke Quay

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

What You’ll Do:

• Handle loans, returns, reservations, and memberships
• Manage physical and digital collections (including SharePoint updates)
• Oversee daily newspaper operations
• Support library promotions and displays
• Respond to user enquiries with excellent service

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma with 2+ years’ library experience
• Proficient in SharePoint and library systems
• Organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Willing to work onsite daily
