Location: Central
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
Salary: S$ 2,800 - 3,500

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics & Sales Administrator to manage supply chain operations and provide essential support to our sales team. This role combines logistics coordination with sales administration to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Administration:

• Handle supply chain and distribution to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Track orders and monitor delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and carrier compliance.
• Ensure carriers adhere to company policies and procedures.

Sales Support:

• Raise sales invoices from ecommerce platforms.
• Provide clerical and organizational support to the sales team.
• Process paperwork related to sales orders.
• Prepare reports and assist with special administrative projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics, sales administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and inventory management systems.
