Maintenance Technician Manager

Job Description:

• Inspect facilities, equipment, and systems for stability and quality.
• Build and execute maintenance budget plans.
• Schedule routine repairs and maintenance for a variety of facilities and equipment.
• Perform tasks such as parts replacements, cleaning, landscaping, and more.
• Delegate repair and maintenance responsibilities to team members.
• Maintain inventory records.

Job Requirement:

• Knowledge of HVAC or other relevant certification
• Proficient with M&E to fix potential problems
• Ability to lift heavy objects and do other labour-intensive tasks
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple competing priorities
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Stamina to stay active throughout the workday
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
