Management Trainee

We seek for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of food and beverage operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in daily operations in the outlet which includes managing staff, inventory, order supplies and ensure quality service provide to guests
• Checking staff attendance and arrange/amend schedule accordingly in attendance system, including full timers & part timers
• Perform checks on outlet in all aspects and ensure it is ready for operations
• Check & make reservations for guest accordingly
• Conduct outlet briefing for staff before operations
• Interact with guests to ensure high satisfaction levels, respond to concerns, and manage guest feedback
• Plan and organize special events, promotions to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
• Participate and conduct on the job training for new hires
• Perform bill checking at cashier counter, verify and void bill
• Participate in staff progress and developments includes performance appraisals

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 years of relevant management experience
• Good leadership, performance management, coaching and problem-solving skills
• Service orientated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient to write and speak English
