Marketing Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in promoting our brand, managing digital campaigns, and creating engaging content to attract and retain customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns (online & offline)
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Create engaging content (visuals, captions, reels etc.)
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Liaise with influencer
• Assist in planning marketing events and activities
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience (Fresh grads with portfolio are welcome)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in social media platforms and marketing tools
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Experience with Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or email marketing platforms is a plus
